Bloomfield Scattered Site

The West Hartford Housing Authority began managing the Bloomfield Housing Authority in July 2002. The housing program consists of 17 units of family housing in 14 scattered site locations throughout Bloomfield. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Income eligible families renting one of the two, three or four bedroom public housing units pay rent equivalent to 30% of adjusted gross income. .
